KANSAS CITY SHUFFLE

November 5, 2015

Move over pretty views of the bridge/Opera House – The Rocks precinct has a new star attraction.

Kansas City Shuffle is the newest cafe offering in the area. It’s housed in a former Cadbury Chocolate Factory (so I feel that, automatically, the building must have positive vibes) and serves up a vast array of American diner inspired dishes.

The #inspo may be American, but the food is made in-house using fresh Aussie produce.

The interior is especially beautiful. Think garage chic (bare with me, you’ll see what I mean through the photos below) meets airy, New York loft.

Despite being located in the CBD, the leafy street makes you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney.
