Nutella panna cotta has come to Perth via the very funky, very cool, Atlas Food and Coffee.

These guys are have only opened recently and are serving up an array of brunchy goodness. The space is awash with natural light (although there is a darker back area for brunchers who value an air of mystique with their poached eggs) and has a very “minimalist chic” feel. The colour scheme is white, grey and pine, with a splash of maroon and leafy greenery to break it up.

The menu is anything but minimalist, with miso scrambled eggs, the duck’s Bene (pulled duck with compressed cucumber and hoisin sauce – yummm!!) , charcoal sliders and a poke bowl with honey soy salmon – to name a few.

We had;

  • the smashed avocado with poached eggs, quinoa, seeds and nuts, corn, pomegranates, haloumi, mojo verde, seeded ciabatta, and lemon
  • the hotcakes with Sichuan pepper caramel, warm peach, white chocolate foam in a waffle cone, matcha soil, dried raspberry, and almond flake
  • the Nutella pannacotta with burnt fig granola, strawberry, berry coulis, pistachio, torched marshmallow and milk

You can follow them on the gram at @atlasfoodandcoffee
